OriAudit is a free website auditing tool that analyzes publicly accessible websites for performance, SEO, security, accessibility, and other factors. The Service provides automated reports with scores and recommendations based on publicly available information.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have authorization to audit in jurisdictions where such scanning is prohibited.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse the Service, or interfere with its operation.
• Use the Service to conduct denial-of-service attacks or generate excessive traffic to third-party websites.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service beyond its intended API.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to collect personal data from third-party websites in violation of applicable laws.

4. Rate Limits

The Service enforces rate limits to ensure fair usage for all users. Currently, users are limited to 3 audits per hour. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time without notice. Attempts to circumvent rate limits may result in temporary or permanent access restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software - are the property of OriAudit and are protected by intellectual property laws. Audit reports generated by the Service are provided for your personal or business use and may not be resold or redistributed as a standalone product.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or complete. Audit results are informational only and should not be considered professional advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OriAudit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service (which is zero for the free tier).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OriAudit and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

The Service analyzes third-party websites at your request. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website. Auditing a website does not imply endorsement or affiliation with that website.

10. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
